Aimée is a sought-after consultant, trainer, and national speaker whose areas of expertise include Diversity in Development; The Implications of Donor Demographics in Faith-based Giving; Creating a Culture of Generosity; Expanding the Understanding of Philanthropy; and The Spirituality of Fundraising.  She is a passionate teacher, trainer, consultant, and coach with more than two decades of leadership experience.  She currently serves as the Director of Learning Services for the Dorothy A. Johnson Center for Philanthropy at GVSU. (Grand Rapids, MI)

Owner/Lead Consultant for ALlyd Image Solutions, a boutique consulting firm dedicated to building organizational capacity and effective development practices, Aimee has also served successfully in leadership roles throughout a variety of mission-driven agencies across the country, in the health, human services, community development, higher education, and faith-based institutions.  Through her posts as Associate Director for Lake Institute on Faith and Giving, Director of Seminary Advancement for Christian Theological Seminary, and Philanthropic Strategist for the first Ph.D. Program in African American Preaching and Sacred Rhetoric, you can see her commitment to effective fundraising and building a culture of generosity.

A daughter of the Midwest, she is a woman of deep faith who holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Supervision, in addition to certifications in Transformational Leadership, Economic Development, and Community Organizing.  Her passion for #WomanPreach!Nation can be seen in her dedication to strategy, infrastructure, governance, and development.  She is a committed and accomplished fundraiser and writer, who is most passionate about the role of mother to Lydia, Noah, and Andrew.
